About us
We are right in the middle of Causeway Bay. It is just a one-minute walk from MTR exit F1, and you can get there easily by bus, minibus, or tram.
The studio has 900 sq. ft. of sprung dance floor, a full-body mirror, a waiting lounge with a table and seating area, and an en-suite bathroom. You can also rent the venue for private use.
We have got all kinds of classes—pole, chair dance, flex & stretch, contortion, inversions, fitness, yoga, restorative, sound bath and meditation. The class levels go from beginner to advanced. The class size is small, with a max of 6 or 8 students.
We have got all kinds of gear for you, like 6 X-Poles (steel, chrome, and brass), yoga mats, wheels, chairs, blocks, foam rollers, myofascial balls, aerial hammocks, hoops, silk, safety mats, monkey bars, Bluetooth speakers, and more.
